Your hosts Bob & Josie Dyer, who have spent many years in the hospitality industry welcome you to their lovingly refurbished 4 storey Georgian house, It is situated overlooking the undisturbed town of Dawlish just 5 minutes walk from the centre with its many shops, cafe’s and banks.
The splendid accommodation of king size & twin rooms are situated on the 3rd & 4th floor two have stunning sea views, they are tastefully furnished and are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities and have a flat screen t.v. WiFi is also available. All rooms have a full size bath & power shower over. Afternoon tea is served on your arrival. An ideal start to your day is our delicious breakfast, which weather permitting can be served on the terrace.
